Marina Salland-Staib
- studied Sinology, East-Asian Philosophy and Politics at the Universities of Tübingen, Beijing and Bonn.
- researched the effects of holistic Asian therapies on patients from Europe in cooperation with Chinese physicians.
- trained as foreign trade professional and implemented the liaison office of the global automotive company Mercedes-Benz in the People's Republic of China. She led sales and cooperation negotiations and acted as advisor for intercultural relations for government institutions and business associations.
- developed and directed the worldwide brand communications organization for Mercedes-Benz's premium passenger cars. She directed international marketing and strategy projects and implemented a worldwide proprietary knowledge management system.
Marina Salland-Staib has first-hand knowledge of what companies, society and the family expect from an executive. She capitalized on opportunities to further develop creative resources, enriched her private lifestyle, which in turn gave her the necessary drive for professional development.
After searching in vain for tailor-made concepts, she made her passion a new profession. Following her further training and certification in Creative Coaching/Painting Therapy the idea and concept for PowerOasis began to take form.
